Akwa Ibom State Governor, Pastor Umo Eno, has approved a minor reshuffle in the State Executive Council as part of efforts to strengthen his administration’s ARISE Agenda.
In a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Prince Enobong Uwah, the changes affect two commissioners.
By the directive, Captain Iniobong Ekong (Rtd), formerly Commissioner for Lands and Town Planning, has been reassigned to head the Ministry of Trade and Investment.
Similarly, Dr. Ubong Inyang, who previously served as Commissioner for Trade and Investment, will now oversee the Ministry of Lands and Town Planning.
The statement added that the reshuffle takes immediate effect.
