Zurich, Switzerland — The International Federation of Professional Footballers (FIFPRO) has unveiled the 26-player shortlist for the 2025 Men’s World 11, with nominees selected through votes cast by professional players from around the world.
Among the standout names are Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Pedri (Barcelona), Kylian Mbappe (Real Madrid), Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool), and Erling Haaland (Manchester City).
Goalkeepers shortlisted include Alisson Becker, Thibaut Courtois, and Gianluigi Donnarumma.
Defenders on the list feature Trent Alexander-Arnold, Jules Koundé, Virgil van Dijk, Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Nuno Mendes, and William Saliba.
The midfield nominees are Jude Bellingham, Kevin De Bruyne, Luka Modric, João Neves, Cole Palmer, Pedri, Federico Valverde, and Vitinha.
For the forwards, the shortlist includes Ousmane Dembélé, Erling Haaland, Kylian Mbappe, Lionel Messi, Raphinha, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mohamed Salah, and Yamal.
