Nigerian actress Doris Ogala has been released from police custody after spending two days in detention.
Doris was arrested on Saturday evening following her social media call-out of Lagos-based pastor Chris Okafor, accusing him of allegedly deceiving her with a marriage promise, among other claims.
Her arrest generated widespread reactions online, with many Nigerians, including social media personality VeryDarkMan, calling for her immediate release.
Celebrating her freedom, Doris took to Instagram to thank human rights activist and politician Omoyele Sowore and VeryDarkMan for their support and efforts in securing her release.
