State Government Highlights Strategic Investments, Assures Smooth Visit
Lagos, Nigeria — Bola Tinubu is set to inaugurate landmark projects executed by the Lagos State Government during a two-day visit scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday.
The State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotoso, disclosed this during a media briefing, noting that the projects represent strategic investments across critical sectors aimed at driving development and improving residents’ quality of life.
Omotoso added that the President’s visit underscores the strong synergy between the federal and state governments, as well as the importance of continuity in governance.
He assured residents that adequate arrangements have been put in place to ensure a smooth and secure visit, including traffic diversions and reinforced security measures to minimise disruptions.
The commissioner also urged Lagos residents to cooperate with relevant authorities and adhere to official advisories ahead of the President’s arrival.
The inauguration is expected to further highlight ongoing infrastructure development efforts in Lagos State.
