Trump Says US Operations Against Iran Could End Soon Amid Rising Middle East Tensions

Donald Trump, President of the United States, has said that ongoing U.S. military operations against Iran could come to an end soon.

His remarks come amid escalating tensions in the Middle East, where regional countries have reported intercepting missiles linked to the conflict.

According to reports, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar said they intercepted Iranian missiles within their airspace, raising concerns about the potential widening of the conflict.

Meanwhile, Israel said it had detected additional attacks, indicating that hostilities in the region remain active.

Reacting to the situation, Rachel Reeves, Chancellor of the Exchequer of the United Kingdom, warned that the ongoing conflict in the Middle East could place “upward pressure on inflation.”

Reeves made the remarks following a meeting of finance ministers from the Group of Seven (G7), where economic implications of the conflict and global market stability were among the issues discussed.
